Samsung's new smartphone - Galaxy Grand Neo - is expected to be officially launched in India soon at around Rs 19,000. While Samsung is yet to make an official announcement, a mobile phone retailer from Mumbai has already started selling the phone. According to a tweet by him, the phone comes with an MRP of Rs 19,010, with a best buy price of Rs 18,190.
