Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is Proud About India Being Global Tech Hub

It hasn't even been a month since India-born Satya Nadella became the new CEO of Microsoft. However, the new CEO has already chalked up a five year plan for the company that will see Microsoft base its work force on software for advancing the company's devices and services.

ADVERTISEMENT Mr. Nadella was recently in an interview with TOI where he spoke about his roots, what he expects from the company in the coming days and what feels about India producing tech talents on a regular basis.

On asked to explain a bit more about the company's ambitions related to the software department, Mr. Nadella stated that software is "one of the most valuable, malleable resources" of Microsoft. He also added that his primary objective as Microsoft chief will be to deliver software-driven innovations that will only help in enriching the overall customer experience. 

"I want to see us remain convinced that software matters in the future," the Hyderabad-born 46-year-old added. He also confirmed that the company wants to offer its customers what they really value and will eventually help them to get more out of work, life and other areas...
